Dadi Industry is a specialized pharmaceutical industry operation service provider.
In response to the “vigorously implementing the Healthy China strategy” proposed by President Xi in a report given at the 19th session of national congress of the CPC and a major deployment “about creating a hundred billion-scale pharmaceutical pillar industry” by the municipal government, adhering to the development idea of “Intensified Use of Land, Dense Positioning of Enterprises, and Concentrated Integration of Industry”, the Company has cultivated and constructed biopharmaceutical industrial clusters by industrial operation, boosting the innovation, integration, concentration and rapid development of the biopharmaceutical industry. In this way, superior resources are integrated through service innovation and systematic operation, providing the enterprises in the park with all-round service in respect of government affairs and laws, talent attraction, listing and financing, inspection and testing, etc.
With a global perspective, the Company has gathered domestic and foreign top-class biopharmaceutical resources and innovative service elements. The Company mainly focus on the core areas of top medical services, transformation of advanced medical technology achievements, high-end medical research and development, high-end medical device manufacturing to attract investment. Also, the Company has emphatically arranged such parks within park as Sino-Japanese, Sino-Korean, Sino-American, Sino-Canadian, Sino-Italian, etc., resulting in the layout of a “1+N”sino-foreign cooperative international medical industrial park, and emphatically promoting the construction of industrial chains of innovation, ecological, industrial, talent, financial and service with an aim of creating a complete biopharmaceutical full industry chain.
At present, Dadi Industry has two projects, i.e., Dadi Enterprise Park and Dadi (International) Life Science Park, both of which have a total floor area of about 650 mu and a total planned overall floorage of more than 0.9 million square meters. Specifically, Dadi Enterprise Park houses more than 100 enterprises, with a floor area of 250 mu and a built area of more than 0.3 million square meters. Dadi (International) Life Science Park was commenced in September 2020, with a total floor area of about 400 mu and a planned overall floorage of more than 0.6 million square meters. After completion, the two projects are expected to house more than 250 enterprises, and after reaching the target output, can attain a total output value of about RMB 50 billion.
